First timer QUESTIONS.

  • What do I need to bring?

    You’ll need Boxing Gloves to attend the class. 10-12oz are required for females and 16oz for males. We sell them here if you do not own a pair.

    If you own a mouthguard and shin guards, bring them along.

  • What should I wear?

    Wear clothes you are comfortable in. We recommend wearing shorts. (No Jeans, zippers or buttons).

    For the Boxing free trial, you’ll need Boxing shoes or running shoes.

    Please bring a water bottle and towel.

  • What classes should I do?

    We recommend starting with two classes a week, focusing on a heavy bags class and a technique class. This combination will build your strength and power while also honing your skills and form. Progressing with this structured approach will help you develop a solid foundation in your training.

  • Do you offer a trial class?

    We strive to give you an incredible training experience within a warm and welcoming community. We know it may look frightening at first, but we will always make sure that you are in a safe environment and having fun! So come in, meet the community and try out a FREE Trial Class.

    At our roots, we’re a true fight gym — teaching real Muay Thai and boxing technique built for the ring. Check out our fighters here. But we also know not everyone wants to step into a fight. Some people just want to train hard, learn proper skills, and have fun doing it — so we tailor our sessions to suit every goal, from fitness to full competition.
