  • How do I book classes?

    Download the Clubworx app, sign in with your details, and you'll be able to:

    • View available classes in real time

    • Book into classes and sessions

    • Manage your bookings

    Download it on your phone from the Google Play Store for Android, or the iOS App Store for Apple.

  • Can I place my membership on hold?

    Memberships can be placed on hold for a minimum of two weeks.

    The current hold fee is $30 for the first two weeks, followed by $15 per week for any additional time on hold.

    Please speak with one of our reception team members for assistance with placing your membership on hold.

  • New List IteWhat are our membership cancellation fees?m

    • Our Ongoing Memberships have no minimum term or cancellation fees. To cancel, simply give us 7 days’ notice in writing before your next payment.

    • Our Fixed Term - 3 Month Promotional Memberships are subject to a cancellation fee. If you cancel, you’ll be charged a cancellation fee of either $150 or 30% of your remaining outstanding payments, whichever amount is higher.

    • Our Fixed Term - 12 Month Ongoing Memberships are subject to a cancellation fee. If you cancel, you’ll be charged a cancellation fee of either $300 or 30% of your remaining outstanding payments, whichever amount is higher.
